Conflict of Interest Ordinance must be re-adopted by September 15, 2017.

Theresa Walter will sit in on the meetings with the recorder.

TAC Meeting at MRPC. Report.

                           Hazardous Mitigation Meeting is set for June 9, 2017 at 10 AM. Report.

Partner Readiness Evaluation Program (PREP) rescheduled for June 20, 2017 at 8:30 AM.

West Central District Commissioners Meeting in Camdenton on June 22, 2017.

                           Outstanding Citizens Nominations for the MRPC Meeting deadline is June 26, 2017.

                           Budget Amendment Hearing set for June 29, 2017 at 9:30 AM.

                           County Government Day, State Auditor Nicole Galloway, July 26, 2017 from 9AM -4PM.

MRPC Dinner Meeting is scheduled in Salem for October 26, 2017. Details to be provided later.

Road and Bridge items: 

BRO B076 (15) bridge on CR 531:  No new information.

Speed limit on County Roads: Has now been posted on our website and on R&B Page.

Luebbering Law Suit:  Trial set for November 6 -9, 2017 in Union, Missouri.

Agricultural Ready County Program: Contact Fair Board

Tax Support Committee:   Work on brochure. Waiting on photo from Road & Bridge.

Statewide County Insurance Consortium: Clerk staff is working on requested information.

Prescription Drug Monitoring Program:

Committee of department heads and elected officials to make recommendations to Commission on County Compensation Packages:  (salaries, benefits, recognition, special awards etc.) No new information.

FEMA/SEMA Follow-up: 

Request for Bid for hardening cell walls in Jail: Ad is running in the UD.

Depository Agreement with Legends Bank:  Has been signed by both parties and has been filed.

Budget Amendment: If budgets are not printed by Tuesday, they should be available for the Commission by Thursday, June 16. The Hearing is scheduled for June 29^th after I return.
